An unforgettable stay at our campsites begins and ends with you as an employee: at the reception. As a business card and contact person: in our park you greet all guests with a warm "welcome" and are available to answer any questions by phone, email and at the reception. You ensure that our guests receive the information and equipment they need for an unforgettable stay. Cycling, hiking or swimming - you give tips for the best activities and excursions around the campsite, answer all kinds of questions and resolve any situation. You also take care of processing bookings, renting out facilities and booking activities. Of course, it is not always easy at the reception, because our guests also come to you with complaints and emergencies. So you have to be steadfast and have good communication skills.
You will do this
- Reserve holiday accommodation and pitches;
- Check-in and check-out of our guests;
- Answer general questions;
- Accept feedback and suggestions from our guests so that we can continuously improve.
- You are also responsible for the shop billing and ensure that the shop and wine area is always up to date.
That's you
You are the calling card of our company and should therefore have a cheerful and representative appearance. It is also important to us that you:
- Speak German and English
- Have good communication skills;
- Have knowledge of automated systems;
- Do not get stressed easily when the reception is busy.
