You always have an open ear for our guests' wishes and are committed to ensuring that everyone feels comfortable with us. This is the core of your work as a service staff member in our restaurants. Thanks to you, our guests enjoy delicious food and excellent service, which makes their stay at our campsites even more enjoyable.
This is what you will do
As a service staff member, you are stress-resistant and know exactly how to ensure our guests' satisfaction. Your main tasks include:
- Accepting reservation
- Warmly greeting guests and escorting them to their table;
- Taking orders and serving drinks and food;
- Creating and billing guest receipts;
- Exceeding guest expectations.
That's you
You are the face of our restaurant - every day! Hospitality, enthusiasm and a willingness to serve are in your nature and you have an extremely friendly personality. The following requirements are also important to us:
- Gastronomic training and/or some experience as a service worker;
- Excellent knowledge of German, knowledge of English is also desirable;
- Willingness and flexibility to work with a changing schedule and weekend shifts.
